The surface finish is managed with precision, often through precision grinding cycles following milling, to ensure the required surface roughness (e.g., to reduce friction or improve coupling).
3. Testing and Certification
Every part destined for the world of motorsport engineering passes through our temperature-controlled Metrology Room. Verification is conducted with the CN coordinate measuring machine, which certifies the thousandth-of-a-millimeter conformity of the component to the mathematical model (CAD). This rigorous process guarantees the traceability and reliability required in every competition.
