Our story

The company was founded in 1968 by Mario Bacchilega and Agostino Venturini, specializing in the construction of mechanical parts and equipment for third parties.

In 1974, the company purchased a plot of land in Mordano and built a building of approximately 1,000 square meters.

Since its inception, the company has invested in machinery, quickly moving from traditional machines to more sophisticated CNC machines.

In 1997, expansion and renovation work began on the building, creating more space for the constantly growing machine fleet and technological innovations.
An assembly department, canteen, infirmary, a temperature-controlled metrology room, and the installation of a CAD/CAM programming room and fiber optic system to control the various CNC work centers were created.

Currently, the workshop and office space measures approximately 2,300 square meters and is fully air-conditioned.

In 2002, major new machinery was installed, including a 5-axis machining center and several technologically advanced machines.

For several years, the founding partners have been brilliantly supported, with commitment and perseverance, by their sons, Robert Bacchilega and Michele Venturini, who are responsible for the testing department and the CAD/CAM and mold production departments, respectively.
This second generation of entrepreneurs will ensure continuity and maintain the constant innovation process that has distinguished the company over the years.

The company currently has a fleet of highly technologically advanced machinery and equipment, allowing us to build highly important and precise parts with tolerances of a few thousandths, such as automatic machines, complete assemblies, molds for composite materials for F1 and Moto GP, molds and blanks for thermoforming, tapping units, and parts for F1 and Moto GP.

This ongoing and constant process of innovation allows us to have a select clientele with whom we have collaborated and evolved technically, in some cases, for several decades.
Furthermore, our structure and the experience we've gained over the years allow us to acquire new and important clients and maintain a leading position in the current market.
